Dr. Kate Martini is a Sustainability Specialist at Bell’s Brewery in Galesburg, MI. She facilitates continuous improvement of Bell’s environmental stewardship efforts through employee and community engagement, data development, and project management. Some of her projects include the implementation of industrial compost service for Bell’s Eccentric Café, a multi-facility LED retrofit, and a grant funded recycling co-op that accepts grain bags and supersacks from local brewers and manufacturers. She holds a PhD in behavior analysis with a focus in sustainable behavior.
