Each week, thousands of brewers download The Master Brewers Podcast to hear interviews with the industry's best & brightest in brewing science, technology, and operations. The show is known for featuring technical deep dives, a bit of brewing history, cutting edge research, hard lessons learned, important industry contributors, and no fluff. If you make beer for a living, this show is for you.
John Bryce is the host and producer of The Master Brewers Podcast. He is a brewer, entrepreneur, and lover of all things technical brewing. John Bryce built his first brewery (Blacksburg Brewing Co.) on a shoestring budget in 2002 and his career continued at several Virginia breweries, including Capitol City, Old Dominion, and Starr Hill. He graduated from Versuchs- und Lehranstalt für Brauerei (VLB) in 2008. In addition to producing The Master Brewers Podcast, John Bryce also serves as President & CEO of The Lupulin Exchange and brewmaster at Mount Ida Reserve.
All music on the show is by Rolando Random & The Young Soul Rebels, which has an interesting connection to both the brewing industry and John Bryce's Berlin education...but that's a long story.
