Jesse Kremenak

Dr. Jesse Kremenak is the CEO, CTO, and founder of Kremenak NanoTech, Inc. (KNT), where he is reimagining the future of beverage stability. A physicist and inventor by trade, Dr. Kremenak holds a doctorate and master's in physics from the University of Missouri, alongside a bachelor's in physics and art from Ursinus College. In 2018, he launched KNT to translate his breakthrough material science innovations into scalable, real-world solutions. His work has resulted in multiple patents and a diverse portfolio of technologies.

Dr. Kremenak is the inventor of the SHREDDER™ —the world’s only zero-energy pasteurizer. By bypassing the immense energy and water requirements of thermal pasteurization, this technology is a true gamechanger. He originally demonstrated that the SHREDDER™ technology could sterilize floodwater and extend the shelf life of milk without external power.
