Tim Matthews

Begun professional brewing career in Pittsburgh back in late 2006. Completed the American Brewers Guild Craft Brewing Apprenticeship in 2007. After brewing at small operations in Pennsylvania and British Columbia, I moved to Colorado and joined Oskar Blues Brewery in 2008. For the past 10 years I worked through the brewhouse and cellar to Head of Brewing Operations and Brewmaster for Oskar Blues Brewery. Recently I moved into a role with the CANarchy Craft Brewery Collective as VP Global Brewing – with oversight and/or management of Brewing Materials (hops and malt focus), Technical Brewing, and Quality.
