Ross Koenigs is the R&D Manager for New Belgium Brewing Co. Ross’ primary duties are in raw materials research and new brand development for New Belgium, focusing largely on hops and hoppy beer development. Ross holds a Diploma in Brewing from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling and has a degree in Chemistry from Beloit College. He is the author of the upcoming book: Cannabis and Beer, a Brewer’s Association publication.
