Paige Lesondak has been a microbiologist at New Belgium Brewing Co. since 2017. Born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado, she found her passion for brewing science when she took a fermentation science class while attending Colorado State University. After graduating with a degree in microbiology, Paige dove into her career as a quality assurance scientist. Since joining the microbiology team at New Belgium, she has worked on improving their procedures in yeast management.
