Nick Harris

Nick holds a PhD in microbiology from UC Berkeley, where he used cutting-edge analytical and biochemical methods to discover new molecules and characterize novel enzyme functions. Driven by a passion for both science and brewing, he co-founded Berkeley Yeast, a pioneering company at the forefront of yeast bioengineering.
