Marco has been in the brewing industry for 15 years, the past four with New Glarus Brewing Company as the Technical Brewer. He enjoys teaching his colleagues about the principles of centrifugation when the opportunity presents itself.
Prior to joining New Glarus, Marco was with MillerCoors in various roles, one of which was the subject matter expert for centrifuges and DE filtration. In his 5 years as the centrifuge SME, Marco managed the optimization, maintenance and troubleshooting of 32 high-speed disc separators across the MillerCoors network, as well as auditing breweries at (then) parent companies Molson Coors and SAB Miller.
