Liz Pratt
Special guest
Liz has played a number of roles in the brewing world, from planning events in Boston to getting knee-deep in hops on the production floor in Maine. She completed beer flavor analysis training at the Tufts University Sensory and Science Center. She uses her real-world experience to help craft breweries build and launch simple, efficient, fun systems that empower busy brewing professionals to run their own sensory programs. The result is better beer, more efficient production, and happier team members. She currently works out of Boston and Amsterdam, and serves as secretary for MBAA District New England.
