Lindsey Rubottom is a graduate student at Oregon State University in Dr. Thomas Shellhammer’s Lab who is currently working on her Master’s degree and will commence her doctoral studies in 2020. The primary focus of her M.S. research is the effect of kilning parameters on hop aroma and resulting brewing quality. Prior joining the Shellhammer lab she received a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemistry from California State University Chico.
