Kim Christian Dalum

Kim Christian Dalum is Founder and CEO of DALUM Beverage Equipment Aps. in Denmark, a leading pioneer in CO2 Recovery Plants for Craft Brewers and small-scale Carbon Capture projects. DALUM is today an international equipment manufacturer with more than 100 CO2 plants installed in North America, Europe and Oceania.

Kim has previously, over a course of 30 years, held executive positions in distinct engineering companies supplying equipment to the global brewing industry; Sander Hansen, Krones, Alfa Laval and Union Engineering (CO2 Plants). Kim holds a Ph. D in design engineering form the Technical University of Denmark, B. Sc. Marketing Management and MBA from Copenhagen Business School.

Working with breweries all his professional career Kim is passionate about the beer making and its technologies. He is a passionate entrepreneur and engineer who takes pleasure in driving innovations and building enthusiastic teams around it plus creating strong professional relations with his customers.
