Justin started his undergraduate degree at the University of Waterloo where he worked co-op terms in the Quality department at both Molson and Labatt Breweries. After undergrad, he travelled to Scotland to complete his MSc. Brewing and Distilling at Heriot Watt. Upon graduation, he spent the next 10 years working for Labatt Breweries in 4 different Canadian breweries in both Packaging and Brewing roles. In 2018, Justin left Labatt to help start and grow Equals Brewing Company, a contract brewing operation in London Ontario. Focused mainly on craft beer, the facility also produces spirits based ready to drink products, cider, neutral malt based seltzers and of course non-alcoholic beer.
