Jen Pesavento (she/her) is the food safety manager at Two Roads Brewing Company in Stratford, Connecticut where she ensures delivery of consistently safe, high-quality beverages. As the brewery’s SQF practitioner and PCQI, Jen’s focus is on creating & managing strong food safety systems through program development, cross-departmental collaboration, inspection and auditing, and team training. Jen began her career in quality focusing on sensory and food safety in the tea industry and jumped onto the road less traveled when she joined Two Roads Brewing Company in 2016. Jen’s passion for sensory & food safety extends beyond the brewery to home, where she is an avid baker! She is a member of the Master Brewers Association Brewery & Food Safety Committee where she has published multiple Food Safety Bites on topics ranging from sesame allergen to food fraud.
