Gary Nicholas is the Operations Manager for SanTan Brewing Company. Since beginning his brewing career in 1997, he has worked in every facet of the brewing industry across a variety of leadership roles. He is co-author of the Brewers Association publication, Food Safety Planning for Craft Brewers, and has delivered numerous presentations on safety, quality, and food safety issues. Gary is a member of both the Master Brewers Safety and Food Safety Committees and serves as an instructor at the annual Master Brewers Brewing & Malting and Packaging Technology courses.
