Garrett Meier

Garrett is Vice President of Brewing Operations at Full Sail Brewing Company, where he leads more than 100 team members and oversees more than 250,000 barrels of annual production. His responsibilities span the full brewery operation, including R&D, brewing, packaging, quality, maintenance, and supply chain, as well as leadership of the commercial beer sales/marketing team.

Beyond brewery operations, Garrett leads new business development across both beer and beyond-beer production, helping grow Full Sail through new products, partnerships, and production opportunities. During his tenure, he has helped lead the brewery to 29% growth.

Prior to joining Full Sail, Garrett spent nearly a decade with Anheuser-Busch in leadership roles across three breweries in St. Louis, Los Angeles, Fairfield, and in zone-wide positions. His experience spans brewing, packaging, utilities, and beyond-beer operations, with a focus on driving performance and operational excellence at both the brewery and broader business level.

Garrett holds a degree in Engineering from the University of Missouri, a Diploma in Brewing from the Institute of Brewing & Distilling, and is an Advanced Cicerone®. A lifelong student of beer, he is currently pursuing the Master Cicerone® certification. Outside the brewery, you’ll most likely find him skiing, fly fishing, running, or—unsurprisingly—studying and drinking beer.
