As the Senior Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager for Goose Island Beer Company, my primary duties focus on the safety and wellbeing of our employees as well as the natural environment. This is accomplished through continuous improvement of our EHS management systems as well as continued compliance with OSHA and EPA statutes. Prior to entering the brewing world, I have worked in the food and beverage industry for both Nestlé Waters and Unilever as well as the public sector with the U.S. EPA and the Southwest Ohio Air Quality Agency.
