Evan is the R&D / Innovations Manager at Firestone Walker Brewing Company in Paso Robles, California. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech in 2010, and completed the Advanced Brewing Theory Program at the Siebel Institute in 2015. He began working at Firestone Walker directly after Siebel, working through the cellar, brewhouse, and filtration. In 2017 he went down to Venice, CA to run Firestone Walker’s 10hL pilot brewery, developing new recipes working with raw materials. After 18 months Evan moved back up to the main brewery to take on his current role focusing on companywide research and new product development.
