Eric is the Director of Facilities and Operations at Pizza Port Brewing. Eric recently joined the team at Pizza Port after a career spent outside the brewing industry in various engineering and operational management roles. While he is relatively new to the industry, he is very experienced at drinking beer, and he considers himself lucky to contribute his efforts to a team making some of the best beers in the world. Eric graduated with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Florida State University in 2003, and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University in 2005.
