Eric Jorgenson

Eric has a degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from Bucknell University. He has spent the last 10 years in the brewing industry on the production floor, in the lab, and in department management. He has done tours at Stone, Highland, and Victory brewing companies, as well as chairing the ASBC Craft Brew Subcommittee for five years, generating new content to guide breweries as they grow their labs. Eric currently works for a subsidiary of Lesaffre called Envera, using precision fermentation to create environmental solutions for industrial problems. At Envera, Eric leads the production fermentation department and fermentation lab, bridging microbiology and manufacturing process to scale up R&D projects to industrial level.
