David started parking cars at Sweetwater back in 2014 and quickly worked his way onto their packaging line. He then moved over to Second Self Beer Company where he ran their cellar and built their barrel program from scratch to about 40 barrels. He was hired on at Resident Culture Brewing Company in Charlotte, NC in February of 2020 as Cellar Manager and Barrel Cellar Manager where he manages all cellar operations and manages a barrel cellar consisting of about 50 bourbon barrels and 100 wine barrels of mixed culture/spontaneous beer along with a stainless steel mixed culture Solera program.
