David Brown

David Brown is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Chinova Bioworks. Originally a biochemist, Dave has worked with mushroom sourced chitosan fiber for over 15 years in nutraceutical, food, and personal care applications. He is passionate about healthy foods and replacing harmful synthetic ingredients in our food and beverages with natural alternatives. In his spare time, he loves to cook and work on new cooking skills.
