Dave Kuske

Dave Kuske is Proximity Malt’s Vice President of Innovation, Process, and QA . Dave has extensive grains and malting knowledge, having worked for Cargill Malt, Briess Malt, and most recently, Great Western Malting in a career spanning thirty plus years. At Proximity Malt, Dave managed the plants’ construction and commissioning in Monte Vista, CO and Laurel, DE. He applies his extensive experience in malting operations and quality assurance to the development of our product portfolio, manufacturing oversight and participates on the Proximity leadership team. He is a member of both MBAA and ASBC.
