Damase Olsson

Damase is the Quality Specialist at Hendler Family Brewing Company in Framingham, MA. After working as an Analytical Chemist in the environmental and pharmaceutical fields, he decided to become a brewer. After working in most aspects out on the brewery floor, he decided to return to the lab, testing beer and running some of the aspects of the quality program. When not at the brewery, you can often find him in his gardens, or swimming long distances for fun.
