Brooke Bell is the Quality Assurance Manager at Goose Island Beer Co. in Chicago, IL. She holds her Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Colorado State University. She has been working in brewing for nearly 10 years, getting started in her hometown of Portland, OR at Hopworks Urban Brewery. She joined Anheuser-Busch in 2012 as the Brewing Quality Manager at the Fort Collins, CO brewery, then headed to St. Louis and held a variety of roles in the North America Innovations and Brewers Collective Quality teams. She’s been at Goose Island since 2016, and loves being back amongst the bright tanks.
