Audrey Skinner is a gastronomical chemist and the founder of Imbibe Solutions, an independent laboratory that works with breweries, wineries, and distilleries to supplement and improve their quality control programs. From ABV, VDK, and micro testing to working on-site, she has helped many breweries improve processes, extend product shelf life, and enhance overall product quality. Her article, Dissolved Oxygen in the Brewery was published by MBAA’s Technical Quarterly (Vol. 57, No. 1, 2020) and she has given numerous presentations about reducing dissolved oxygen in packaged beer, identifying common off-flavors in beer, and her unique path to entrepreneurship. She holds degrees in Chemistry and Gastronomy and a Certificate of Culinary Arts.
