With a BS in Chemistry UMSL - St. Louis, she is passionate about assisting food and beverage manufacturers, especially brewers, to enhance product quality, safety, and shelf life through cutting-edge and sustainable solutions. Audrey has been a member of the ASBC Subcommittee on Alternative Beverages since 2024.
