Alicia Adler became the Executive Technical Director of the Hop Research Council in 2022. In her role, she oversees the management and operations of the council and directs the technical research program. She also serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Bryant Christie Inc. and leads the company’s efforts in identifying new business opportunities and implementing growth strategies across the business units – Global Access, Market Development, and Research and Information Services.
Alicia most recently served as Vice President of Global Business Development for the North American Blueberry Council (NABC) and the U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council (USHBC), a Federal Research and Promotion Program. She developed new global market opportunities for industry stakeholders by leading results-oriented programs around the world. Specifically, Alicia led the first-ever USA Blueberries promotion in China, created an R&D Advisory Board to better inform ingredient channel marketing, and initiated research that addressed technical barriers to trade.
