Aaron Staples

Aaron Staples is a PhD student in the Department of Agricultural, Food, and Resource Economics at Michigan State University. His research centers on food supply chains, food choice, and food policy. With a particular interest in the craft beer industry, Aaron has also worked on projects related to sustainability in beer, local hop markets, and regulations across the beer supply chain. Outside of his academic endeavors, Aaron enjoys watching baseball (Go Red Sox!) and homebrewing.
